Mental Capacity Assessments
An independent assessment covering the individual’s overall mental health as well as their capacity to make a specific decision, such as writing a Will, granting someone Lasting Power of Attorney or making decisions about elderly care.
The fee is dependent on the nature of the issue and the instruction.

Medico Legal Reports
I worked as a forensic psychiatrist in the NHS for over 20 years. I have trained with Bond Solon for medico legal work and have a Cardiff University certificate.
